4. Lobby, casino and bingo halls in “Princess” Hotel /formerly “Evropa” Novotel/ - reconstruction – all realized.
5. Extension of “Princess” Hotel / formerly “Evropa” Novotel/ and a design for sport complex to it - Sofia City - realized.
6. “Bor” Hotel – Sunny Beach – design for a surrounding area with a swimming-pool and a summer theatre.
7. “Bansko” Hotel - the Town of Bansko – design for expansion – swimming-pool, fitness centre and night bar – realized in 2001.
8. “Pomorie” Hotel – Sunny Beach – design for a surrounding area with a swimming-pool and BBQ, design for an annex and an overhaul – realized in the period 2002 –2003.
9. “Cosmos” Hotel – Sunny Beach – first draft of a new four star hotel with an outside swimming-pool and a water bar.
10. “Venera” Hotel - Sunny Beach – first draft for reconstruction and extension.
11. Outside swimming-pool with a water bar and a surrounding space – “Fenix” Hotel, Sunny Beach – realized in 2002.
