“ARCA STUDIO” is founded in 1991 as a firm for research, design and construction of private and public projects.
Since 1991 the firm has been functioning as a sole trader, in the sense of the commercial law, until “ARCA STUDIO” LTD
was established in 1994.

The main team of “ARCA STUDIO” LTD includes architects and construction
engineers with a long experience in the field of design. According to the type of design of the particular
construction the team is joined by approved architects, engineers, electricians, water-supply experts,
technologists, etc. In case of bigger and complicated constructions the design team increases to 25-30 professionals.
The architectural and construction design is implemented with the firm’s computer programs Nemetchek and Datacad.
The firm has its own office, situated on 180 m2 and equipped with the necessary technology: computers, printers,
a plotter, a copier, a heliograph.
